Safety First

We take the health and safety of our guests and staff very seriously.

The Eglinton Grand’s is committed to creating an environment where all visitors can be comfortable and safe. Playing an active part in stopping the spread of COVID-19 is of the upmost importance.

Planning a Visit?

Before visiting the Eglinton Grand, we ask ALL visitors to click the button below to evaluate if they are qualified to enter the building whether it is to attend an event, conduct a venue tour or meet with a member of our team.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE YOUR VISIT**

One of the following 3 conditions must be met to attend an event:
(1) Be fully vaccinated (at least 14 days following 2nd shot),
(2) have a medical exemption,
(3) have a negative Covid test receipt from a hospital or pharmacy within 48 hours of the event date (only valid until October 12, 2021). 

**Valid PHOTO ID & a FACE MASK is required to enter**

We ask masks are worn throughout the venue except when seated/eating/drinking. Social distancing should be maintained when possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

PLEASE NOTE: doors will be closed between event functions to minimize contamination. We ask all visitors not attending an event to email or call (416)-485-5900 at least 1 – 2 business days prior to your intended visit.

Safety Protocols

The following are a few of the protocols put in place to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff.

  • Guests tables will be spaced apart in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Ontario Government.
  • Guests per table will be in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Ontario Government.
  • All staff will be checked for temperature prior to each shift, gloves and masks will be worn & servers will change gloves after each course served.
  • Venue will be fully sanitized before and after each event in accordance with guidelines set out by public health and Ontario Government.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.
  • A staff member will be dedicated to washroom maintenance and sanitizing all surfaces during events.
  • Clean dishes and cutlery will be provided for each course, dishes will be cleared from guest tables and sent directly to the kitchen to be washed and sanitized.
  • It is standard practice to adhere to all food safety and food handling guidelines set out by the Ontario Government. Should there be additional rules and/or guidelines enforced because of COVID-19 we will be fully prepared to adhere to the new guidelines accordingly.
